Lisa is awesome!! I go to the 8:00 Saturday morning vinyasa class and love it! Lisa has the perfect combination of playfulness and calming techniques that really make you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable of the body and where your poses need to be. Great for beginners or if you just want to start your morning off right.

I first tried this yoga studio on Labor Day aka "free yoga day." The stretching class was awesome, I felt like I grew an inch. They have different levels of yoga. I signed up for there 30 days for 30 dollars unlimited starter package today and did two classes back to back. It was the perfect combination of stretching and getting your body ready for the power yoga. So I know I'm a beginner and don't know all the terms or poses and I def can't do a head stand (yet) .. but they also move you into the right position if you let them. The instructors are very different but they are very complimentary to each other. All in all I love this Yoga studio and plan to go all the time this month.

I went to the 8am intro to vinyasa yoga class and it was great. This was my first yoga class so I appreciated the slow pace and explanation of the moves. The instructor also showed me how to incorporate the blocks into the routine since I wasn't used to it. I had been working out heavy and long bike rides all week so this was a great stretch but it wasn't easy by any means. I actually had a good sweat going by the end.

If you're interested in getting into to yoga I really suggest the intro class.

I attended my very first yoga class here about 6 months ago after my boyfriend purchased me 10 classes via their Groupon special. I am very happy with Balancing Energy Yoga, since my first class I have attended 8 other Dallas yoga studios and BE remains my favorite.
