They only have the best teachers with the most experience. Clean, open space in a great location.

I love this place so incredibly much. Even on days I'm struggling I know I'm in for a breath of fresh air when I walk into the studio and hear incredible teachers teach and get to participate with & flow with so many amazing people. I appreciate how thoughtful and caring each and every instructor has been in every class. There is always something I can resonate with. Did I mention how kind everyone is? This studio is more than a practice--it touches your heart.

In Columbus from Rochester, NY for a week while my son is at an OSU camp - found Balanced Yoga through Google and couldn't be happier with my two week pass. Very welcoming and good mix of heated and non heated classes.

The perfect mix between a challenging practice and a mindful one. I've taken dozens of classes at Balanced, and continue to be shocked each Time I go. Every instructor has a style all their own, and every class a focus of its own.
I have grown physically, spiritually, and mentally by leaps and bounds since beginning to regularly attend.

I'm fairly certain this studio is changing my life. I had done yoga sporadically in the past, but never fully committed to a regular practice. I was encouraged to give yoga a try from a friend after dealing with some difficulties in my life. I found this studio from a Google search, and the second I walked in the door I felt that I was lead here. Every single class I've taken (and I've pretty much lived at this studio for the past month so I've taken a LOT of classes) and every teacher I've had have been absolutely wonderful. The front staff are so friendly and inviting, which is great for my socially awkward turtle self. The classes are challenging, nonjudgmental and fun. I can honestly say that this is the first time I can remember started to feel loving and accepting of my body since I was a child. Every day, I literally can't wait to get to the studio - being in class is the best part of my day. I feel like I'm on a journey and am so excited to see where it leads me, and I have Balanced Yoga to thank.

I recently did the two week $25 Unlimited Pass and fell in love with Balanced Yoga. I was, and am, still new to the world of Yoga, only taking 1-2 classes a week for the last few months at OSU. I had enjoyed it so much I decided to step into a real studio and experiment with different styles and classes and am so glad I did. The space itself is wonderful -- you instantly feel lighter, and more centered and everyone is so nice. Cait at the front desk knew my name without looking up my account, and I had only talked to her in passing maybe once. I was so impressed and it made me feel even more at home in the space. The classes and instructors are amazing -- I have been able to experience 4-5 different teachers and have liked every single one. Toasty Yin on Sundays is a fantastic way to deep stretch and prepare for the week ahead, and hot power vinyasa has been this unexpected meditation that makes me feel strong, and at home in my own body and it's ability to do hard things. Alexa and her Hot Basic Vinyasa Class has been my absolute favorite. She finds this wonderful balance of pushing you at the top of the sequence when you need to be reminded that you are actively engaging in your practice, but also finds encouraging words that keeps you breathing and centered. I am heartbroken that my two weeks is over, and as a graduate student can't afford $100 a month to keep going. I will still drop in for a class once a week, but I do wish there was a monthly discount for students in addition to the discount they provide for the drop-in classes. I have thought about trying less expensive studios around Columbus, but my soul found a peaceful home at Balanced! If you're even thinking about giving it a try, absolutely do!
