  We are in Boston for my daughters White coat ceremony, last min forgot flowers. Found Back Bay because it is close to our hotel. Called as we were leaving , told the young lady what the flower are for. She said, no problem. I will have them for you . 10 min later we are at the door. We could not believe how beautiful they are. She even put the colors of BU for the ribbon. I can. It thank you enough for the service and kindness .. I wish I would have gotten her name. 7/8/17.

  Having ordered from many florists, I have to say that working with Back Bay Florists far exceeded expectations. They were able to deliver the flowers in the requested time frame and even better - the flowers actually arrived looking like the ones shown on the website. Also loved that the note was handwritten. Would definitely order from them again!

  I'm giving a 5 star because their customer service was excellent !
  I called yesterday and the girl who helped me, was extremely nice and really helpful, she even sent me text messages of the arrangements !
  Delivery was a little late, but her cust service definitely made up for it

  I had a friend opening in the production of "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" at the Shubert Theatre who jokingly told me not to send flowers for his opening. So, instead, I contacted Back Bay Florists and ordered one of their succulent dish gardens for his opening. The garden was wonderful and my friend was thrilled to get it!
  I went to Back Bay because I had them do an arrangement (flowers) for another friend who opened in a production at the Huntington Theatre earlier in the year and they did a great job.
  ... Back Bay Florists have come through on both occasions!
