  We recently bought a house in Baltimore city and we chose Tom because of his glowing reviews. He was very friendly and professional to work with and it was very easy to schedule our appointment and he came on time and prepared. ... . I was very disappointed because we had to fix these things ourselves after we bought the house.

  Can't say enough about how great the whole experience was, start to finish. ... Bottom line here: Considering how money and other resources are at stake for home purchase, the incredible comfort and confidence that a thorough home inspection gives you is well worth the money. And that's exactly what you get from Avocet: comfort, and confidence. And, I suspect, money well invested, as usually a report as thorough and professional as Tom supplies can also be used to negotiate repairs at settlement, more than paying for itself.

  Tom is the Best of the Best. I really appreciated his thorough, detailed, organized, educational, clear, knowledgeable, and photographs included detailed report, we received one day after the inspection. Not only is he punctual, friendly and smart, he really is personable and knowledgeable because he used to be a contractor himself. He was also super nice to my dog and my baby and they loved him. I think he must have been a happy clown in another lifetime. I will always use Tom he is the Best of the Best.

  Tom is great. He was on time, came prepared, was thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain things to me. He also had some great tips for home maintenance which I really appreciate as a first time home buyer. He had the report to me the same day and it was easy to read with pictures and arrows. I would use his service again without a doubt and i will be recommending him to anyone I know. Outstanding, professional and friendly service.

  I had the pleasure of enlisting Tom's services for my home inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional. Me being a first time home buyer, I was not well versed on the ins and outs of what to expect with the inspection but Tom had me feeling like and expert by the time the inspection was completed. I highly recommend him for any of your home inspection needs.
