Dental Care

Our Philadelphia family dentistry practice philosophy is all about disease control and prevention! Dental diseases, including dental cavities and gum disease are very prevalent in our society. Our first goal when treating patients is prevention education, then restoring oral health and functions. When our patients’ oral health are at optimum then other elective dental care including cosmetic, braces, and implants can be discussed. Read more

Dr Mark is great. I'm really afraid of the going to the dentist but he made it easy for me. I got one of my tooth taken out and it didn't hurt at all. Amazing skill !!! Definitely will come back

...Dr. Hoang at Avenue of the Arts Dental was able to see me this morning, was incredibly courteous, and explained everything that was going to happen. He also told me exactly what happened - apparently metal fillings can expand and contract and in time cause the surrounding tooth to break and this is what happened in my case. Literally nothing I could do about it and told me that a similar filling in another tooth was at risk to do the same thing. He complemented my teeth saying they are in good repair (despite the reason for my visit) and did the usual dentistly thing of reminding me to avoid sugary drinks etc. He told me what it was likely to cost after he examined me and before he got started on the repair. I highly recommend this office!

In my opinion, you are one of the greatest dentist ever. I love your techniques. I can't wait to have my other wisdom tooth pulled (don't believe that). Seriously, I'm very happy with you even when your are upset with me because I don't floss. I'll see you on the 11th.

Then.....DR. MARK FIXED IT!! for like $700!!! I couldn't believe it! He actually reinforced the post and gave me a new crown! Implants are like $3000 - $4000 (it was my front tooth). My old dentist's assistants would gossip and flake out and forget stuff while working on me. At Ave of Arts they are soooo nice and polite and talk calmly to you! They have the nature channel playing on a tv for you to watch in the booth/room. Thank You for saving me so much money and time!

Love them. And the price of a teeth cleaning with x-rays is very reasonable. So happy I found a good dentist in Philly, because good dentists are hard to find ANYWHERE.
