  I wish I could this place 10 Stars! This place rocks! My first Pedi ever. Yeah, I'm a stubborn guy! My feet never looked or felt this good! A Pedi + a leg massage with a paraffin foot treatment (Smooth Skin!) 90 minutes at a Great price! Fantastic!!!

  This is the best place ever...great service, great value, personable and very attentive. I have been coming here for over five (5) years. They know my name and the owner, Twee, is very accomodating. Yen is absoluty the best in the business. She is gentle and thorough. Well worth the time and effort to deal with South Shepard!

  Awesome Service!!
  I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years because the service is amazing. The owner is great at developing relationships with her customers and is on a first name basis with all of her customers. I think this is extremely rare because most nail salons treat you like a number. The nail technicians take their time and provide excellent service. Avalon has a wide selection of nail colors and its extremely clean. I can’t say enough great things about this business and I will be a loyal customer for life.

  Best mani/pedi in Houston!! The nail techs are all very good, thorough, and nice. They are personally trained to high standards by Twee the owner. Very special place in a house in River Oaks! I moved and still come back here when I am back in town

  I love this salon. I read some of the comments below and don't agree with the comments regarding poor polish color selection. They have always had plenty of choices (maybe some of the ladies who posted comments didn't notice the additional colors the salon has near the register). Everyone I have dealt with at the salon is really friendly and professional. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors I consider when deciding which salon I go to. This salon meets my standards and expectations, I always watch what they are doing and I have never seen anything faulty. I would recommend this salon to my friends and family.
