  I was blown away by the patient care and service we received at our initial visit. Every person, from the front office to the treatment coordinator, assistants and doctor were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and patient and took the time to explain everything in detail to both my daughter and myself. Our anxiety dissipated, and we felt comfortable in moving forward with a treatment plan. I can't say enough about Austin Orthodontics!

  As an adult patient, I went into Dr. Briggs's care with some considerable social, time investment, and cost concerns. I needed my treatment to be invisible, fast, and affordable. Dr. Briggs and his team listened to my concerns, crafted a plan, and delivered in spades. My treatment went unnoticed, was incredibly fast thanks to the Propel procedure Dr. Briggs recommended and administered, and it was all done for an extremely acceptable price and easy payment plan.
  
  Throughout all of it, Dr Briggs and his team were friendly, professional, and treated any concerns I had with honesty and respect. I can not recommend them enough.

  EXCELLENT staff, I've never been to a medical office with such a great team. I was blown away at how they balance both professionalism and fun, I left feeling like I had made new friends. Alisa was warm, welcoming, and so friendly to me. My TMJ consultation was very informative, thorough, and Michael took the time to make sure I understood the treatment process and was not pushy or "salesman-ish" at all. I had a terrific experience and am excited to work with this team for my treatment.

  We started to see Dr. Briggs for an expander for our daughter. We have received the best service and feel confident we are with the best Orthodontist! Dr. Briggs is really wonderful with kids (and parents) and very knowledgeable. The nature of some of the procedures in not super fun, but my daughter still looks forward to going into the office! They make it as painless as possible. The staff is excellent. Dr. Briggs also supports our school and they do food drives and other charitable collections at the office throughout the year. We're not sure if braces are in our future, but if they are, we'll be here with both of our kids.

  Dr. Briggs & team: thank you so much for all you have done for me. I never dreamed my teeth would ever look this good. You made the little girl in me want to smile again and not put my hand over my mouth when I do. Bless you! (Tried to share my personal FB post, however, the site didn't allow me. But I am singing your praises.)
