  Exceedingly honest and helpful. After coming out to our residence, he gave us the option of turning down the repair as he pointed out the likelihood that our problematic piece of furniture would continue breaking after repair due to a design flaw and we would never be able to resolve the problem without a cost prohibitive fabrication. This would have been an expensive lesson as I am not a subject matter expert and would have likely trusted someone to repair it and happily take my money while keeping quiet. Mac's a man of principle and I will return to him with my business.

  My husband had Mac replace the springs on a sofa. Wow, it's like getting a brand new sofa direct from the factory, we have never been more comfortable on our sofa. The job was completed in a short time frame and came in under budget, we cannot say enough about the quality of the work and the experience overall. We look forward to Mac bringing new life back to a few more pieces of furniture.

  Wow. I helped arrange for the repair of 40+ year old kitchen table chairs (with wobbly and unstuck legs) for my parents. Mac was amazing to work with on this project. I initially contacted him via email and sent a picture of the issue. From there we set the pick-up and repair at an agreed price. Mac was straightforward and honest about the process and repair. He even called me to explain what was going on with the chairs to help understand how the next couple of years are going to go. He then contacted my parents to arrange delivery. The whole family is pleased with the repair and arranging for it could not have been easier.

  Recently used Mac to fix some very faulty cushions on a couch purchased at Rooms to Go (look at my review for them to see how bad the quality was!). Anyway, the couch is only 3 years old and we didn't want to have to go our and buy a new one. Mac was able to fix the cushions for a very reasonable price, and they are better than they were before. Great customer service, great value. We highly recommend him!

  I contacted Mac about a large armoire that has been banged up quite a bit in the last several moves. Mac gave me a fairly comprehensive idea of what the cost for repairs would be based on the photographs I sent. When he came out, the final cost was very close to his quote even though he found a couple of extra spots that needed repair. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Now I have a list of other projects I want to use Mac for!
