Called him for a quote on getting a chip key made from a broken key I have (chip worked but actual key was smashed. I may or may not have dropped it down the elevator shaft) and he answered right away. He told me to text him when I wasn't sure when exactly I could be available (I work downtown and didn't want him to have to make me a new key in the parking garage). ...
