My car battery died just down the street from Augusta & Paulina. I trued jumping it from another car with no luck. I walked over there and told them my situation. Aurelio walked with me to my car with a battery charger, and on the way greeted two regular customers. He hooked up the charger and my car started right away! They let me park it in front of the shop to let it charge just in case it wouldn't start again. A true neighborhood shop with great customer service. I will be back whenever my car needs service again!

Here at shop for an oil change. This team is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They let me know when there was an issue and handled it well. This is my service station of preference now!

This is by far the best small shop I have encountered. I used a Buick dealer in Chicago and Ohio when there. Aurelio and his staff worked with me, and my car runs better and at less expense than returning to a dealer for repairs..

The dealer could not rectify my problem but, it now appears fixed..
When spending any time in Chicago I will call and schedule my car for service here.

Never have I felt so much trust with an auto shop as I do with Augusta & Paulina Service Station. I have been a loyal customer for the past three years and it is all thanks to Aurelio and his team. The customer service Aurelio provides is second to none, and the work him and his team perform is beyond excellent. Thank you, Aurelio for always putting me at peace when I'm in need of your expertise!

This place is great!! They've been my go to during my time in Chicago after a friend recommended them. I go to them for all of my car mechanic needs - most recently a clutch fluid and brake fluid (or was it transmission? You can tell I'm not super into cars!) change. They are so incredibly nice here. They are also very honest! After bringing my car to the dealer shop for an airbag recall, I left the dealer shop with a laundry list of things they recommended for a very hefty price - which I did not do with the dealer. Augusta & Paulina ran through the list and only did the necessary items - some of the recommendations were very unnecessary when they inspected it. Their prices are fair, and I trust them. Absolutely recommend!
