Craig is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, and friendly. He gets the job done quickly. The service he provides saves us hours that would have been spent at the Apple store. We (my husband, myself, and three daughters) highly recommend him.

Time and time again when something goes wrong, Craig is always there, ready and able to fix it. He has helped me and my family with a plethora of issues ranging from setting up reliable Wi-Fi networks to helping us get backup systems in place for our phones and computers. He has helped with cabling issues (and provided excellent cost-effective solutions) and has a broad range of knowledge that allows him to confidently assess any problem and get it solved immediately. He helped us set up our Nest smart thermostats as well, and fixed some television issues as well. Craig is basically the superman of the tech world, thanks Craig!

We are an APPLE house; no PC except outside the home. Our house and it's occupants rely upon Craig to provide expert, thoughtful advice to solve problems, not limited to creating an Internet WiFi access for three floors, three businesses, and a 22 year old exacting Audio Engineer. He has been patient, thoughtful, and consistently helped us , as a family and as Entrepreneurs, to complete our goals by assisting us to achieve smooth interfaces amongst Platforms. He pays attention to effective backup systems, internet connectivity, goals for the long term. Finally, we call him in a computer emergency, which we ALL have experienced at one time or another, and he calmly talks us through it. Much Appreciated, RLP
