I have previously had keys made at a big orange home improvement store, and I really never had an issue. I usually had to wait for someone who knew how to "work the machine" but it's not a big deal. I put "work the machine" in quotes because they would literally select the cassette for the key, insert both keys, and push a button. The machine would do the rest. ...
