I have had shoulder problems for over 35 years and I have seen my share of PTs. Liz has increased my shoulder mobility and strength which has them feeling better than in years! With her work I can continue to rock climb and I have been able to resume lap swimming too, something I had to give up nearly 10 years ago.

About 5 months ago I had an L5-S1 microdiscectomy surgery. This past weekend I hiked rim to rim of the Grand Canyon and feel great. I found Liz here on Yelp and she is so great! She really made me feel so much better with her outstanding physical therapy skills and taught me how to build strength through specific exercises. She's the best and I'm so happy with the work weve done. Thanks you Liz!

Liz is fantastic! I came to her with neck pain that was keeping me awake through the night and restricting my range of motion during the day. She was very thorough in her assessment of my condition and showed me a variety of exercises to do that would help relieve the pain. These exercises worked almost immediately! These exercises were so easy I could do them anywhere, and any time I needed some relief. After only a couple weeks I was pain free. Thanks, Liz!

I hobbled in to see Liz after a bad hamstring injury, and she has got me back to running again. As someone who is a little injury prone I've seen my fair share of PT's, and Liz is one of the best. She explains things well (she also teaches so communicates really clearly), and was able to heal me with a nice balance of hands on work, strengthening exercises and stretching. She's also really nice to talk to which helps. Will definitely be back to see Liz for my next injury!

Liz is a great PT! She really cares about getting her clients healthy and getting to know them as people, not just a chart. Unlike others I've had, she really listens and makes sure the rehab is working for your specific needs. She's also a climber, so she understands climbing injuries and what we need to do to get back to climbing. I really trust her, which is saying a lot because I've had some bad experiences with past injuries. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs PT!
