  In a pinch, locked out of the house, Arrow Key Service managed to come out on a weekend quickly to help me out.
  They were fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
  They managed to get the door unlocked without any problems. I didn't have to break a window, kick down the door or anything!
  Their mobile service is the best! I'll be calling them next time, which I hope is not soon.

  Visited today to inquire about a replacement key/fob for an '08 Honda Accord. Staff at this location are outstanding. VERY courteous and helpful. They had the key I needed and within 20 minutes cut a new key and programmed both the remote and transponder within the key fob. I noticed a steady stream of customers coming in, however the staff were well organized and kept things moving very smoothly. Employee who helped me also provided key code in the event I'd need to return in the future for a duplicate. All of this was done for a fair price. The place is a tiny building located in the parking lot right behind the Sonic Drive-In at this location right past Loop410 & Vance Jackson. I highly recommend this shop. They also have lots of little extras like key rings, holders, locks, etc. Great locksmiths, who operate a very efficient store. Keep up the good work, guys. You're AWESOME!!!

  Great customer service, was fully expecting to replace the remote on my HHR put they repaired the old one for a matter of a few dollars when they easily could have sold me the new one. Thanks for a truly great customer experience.
