  ... I have learned the importance of proper installation in getting a properly functioning HVAC system. It would not have been enough if the install team just added a new a/c and furnace. In 3 days, Arlington's install team completely reengineered the HVAC system with a more efficient design as well as new and enlarged return ducts. Now when friends come by to "inspect" my new house, I don't hesitate to show them the HVAC system first, before any other home improvement. I definitely got my money's worth.

  I have been a customer for 37 years. I've always been very happy with their service and with my contract I was able to get emergency service on my A/C on one of the hottest days this summer (Sunday/holiday weekend). I get a maintenance service twice a year.

  ... I have watched many HVAC technicians on numerous occasions perform their job, but I was most impressed by the work that Steve performed on a system that required a change of the compressor.
  His diagnosis was thorough consisting of an evaluation of every component so that the right conclusion could be made, he eliminated all questions about the relay switch, the capacitors and the compressor winding before the evident conclusion could be made that he was dealing with a non pumping compressor.
  ... It was a pleasure to have watched a good diagnosis and installation.

  Excellent service! I submitted a request to have someone inspect my AC unit and Mike arrived within an hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the unit. The person who processed my request was also helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you, Mike!

  I've been a customer for over 5 years and have two properties under Arlington Heating and Air maintenance agreements. I have found all their representatives to be friendly, prompt, and professional. They go the extra step of ensuring you understand how your system works, set up automatic thermostats, and provide tips on how to save money (ex. Temp settings and that simple fixes you can do yourself).
  
  Consistency of quality service is hard to achieve for any company, so it's worth recognizing when you see it. I highly recommend these guys.
