  I have had two great experiences at this location this month. I am new to the area and wanted to get a good bike to ride some of the local trails. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right bike. I found one I liked and took it on a test ride. The price on the bike was far under any internet or competitor price on anything comparable as far as I could tell (I went to about 6 different bike stores in the area to do my research).
  
  The second good experience was with the bike repair shop. I had purchased a lower-end bike years ago, and it was in need of serious work (brakes and derailleurs were both screwed up). The front derailleur had a cross-threaded nut which I couldn't remove on my own, so I decided it was time to let the pros take a look. The techs ended up having to cut the pin to remove the nut, but they found a replacement pin and installed it for no extra charge. They called me before making any changes that would cost extra to be sure I approved (they had to replace a cable that was fraying). I rode the bike home, and it works better than it did when I bought it.

  I came into Any Mountain expecting not to spend any $$ and just to browse. I was immiediately greeted nicely by a sales associate, who introduced himself as Zack. He asked what I was in for and I continued to tell him that me and my girlfriend were looking for boots
  
  He was very informative, compairing the different systems that the boots had to offer. He helped me narrow my choice down to a K2 boot that was very comfortable, and even got my gf fitted into a used boot that was a great deal.
  
  I highly reccommend going to Any Mountain and paying Zack a visit in the Snowboard dept for any snow gear inquiries. Super Stoked!!!

  I came in along with my brother today to look at skis and boots to gauge prices. We were both kinda fixated on getting used equipment, given our budget. So that's mainly what we were looking for; however, several price tags caught our eyes for new boots and we decided to try them out. We were helped by Zack, who is arguably the most knowledgeable person we've spoken to regarding ski equipment. He helped fit our boots and offered a ton of information on how the boot should fit and feel, etc. He also gave some insight on the skis there and what we should look for in a ski (such as underfoot). Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and after trying on the boots for about ten minutes, we were sold. We originally came in not planning on making any purchases, but instead came out with brand new boots for the upcoming season.
  
  If you're looking to get new skis or boots (or even snowboard equipment, as I saw another reviewer say), definitely ask for Zack.

  My boyfriend and I came here looking for some gear for our upcoming camping trip together. It's been ages since either of us had been camping so we were a little unsure what to get. We were immediately approached and asked if we could be helped. The person helping us took us over to the camping gear and also provided us a list of all the possible gear we might need, which we both found very helpful. We looked through a lot of their stuff and made some purchases. They also let us know that they price match everything - even things sold by amazon. We thought this was great - no need to go anywhere else. Definitely great service, very reasonable prices, and good selection.

  I came here on the hunt for new snowboarding boots and Zack provided the best help ever! I'm new to the snow sport, and Zack is definitely the most knowledgeable about it.
  
  Told him my sizing situation and how I didn't know how to shop for a size. He measured my feet, measured my arch, and grabbed me different boots to try on. He answered any and all of my random questions about boots. He said he's been doing snow sports for 17 season; that's what you call experienced!
  
  He suggested these arch supporters for me since I have a pretty small foot arch and he even trimmed them down so they would fit in my boot.
  
  Def made me feel a lot more confident in my shoe purchase knowing more than if I was to buy another pair online. Look for zack if you're in the snow shoe department!
