A few years ago I started to collect antiques, very much on the learning curve called Patrick to inquire about repair and renovation of a few pieces. He was very generous with his time and knowledge, I learned things that never would have even been a question from me, as the saying goes, you don't know ~ what you don't know. Patrick educated me, turned many pieces into works of art, all at fair prices. Patrice his assistant is also wonderful, as is Kristen. I would trust Patrick with the finest of the finest. He picks up and delivers in a timely manner, very professional, and a kind and honest person.

These people do a suburb job of refurbishing and refinishing furniture in the old style. In addition, they have a product they make called Old Brown Glue that is made by hand, again in the old style. Plus they teach French Marquetry. Very much a specialty shop.

I have an old brunswick phonograph that has been in the family for a very long time, while it was at my sisters house kids and cats destroyed the grill, took it to antique refinishers, thinking initially i would just have them repair the original......damage was too great, but he said he could make a new one. so i left it in (what turned out to be very capable) hands. he gave me a time frame, and it was done sooner than expected, and done much better than i had ever hoped. it looks great where it is supposed to go. If i ever have any other antique stuff to repair/replace, i will definitely take him my business again.

This business is a San Diego treasure, and Patrick is a master at his craft. If you cherish your antiques as I do mine, you may feel confident placing your most prized heirloom into his competent hands. ... I'm absolutely delighted with the results. His expertise and skill are beyond reproach, and his knowledge of antiquities is impressive. He and Patrice are quite a proficient team of artisans. Bonus: a visit to their workshop is well worth your time. It's basically a museum of furniture restoration and decorative arts. Extremely gracious people, reasonable prices, superlative workmanship.
