Dr. Werner and his staff were excellent! They helped us in every way from start to finish. Dr. Werner was patient in answering all my questions and putting in place an affordable plan to resolve the issues that my pet is experiencing. I am very satisfied with the service that we received.

We've been to Dr. Werner regarding two different problems over the years. In both cases he diagnosed immediately what was wrong. He is great at explanations and answering questions in depth, unlike some vets who seem to want you in and out as fast as possible. It's expensive getting your pet treated there but absolutely worth it. We highly recommend him, and his staff couldn't have been nicer.

... He's a very tiny dog, which made treatment more challenging, but Dr Werner figured it out and with a combination of antibiotics, frequent antibacterial bathing, allergy drops and an immunosuppressant (sounds like a lot but MrP would have died without it) MrP is doing great! Dr Werner is very compassionate, explains the treatment plan thoroughly, is very cautious (which is wise with such a tiny dog) and proactive. The staff are just awesome...I mostly interact with Bonnie and Cynthia (they love MrP.) Everyone I've met provides excellent customer service and for the quality of care my baby receives, the prices are VERY reasonable. Highly recommend Dr Werner and his crew!

Super friendly office staff - mentioning this first because they are who you deal with first. Waiting time was really short and the facility is bright and clean. Dr. Werner is excellent! He is friendly, knowledgable and my appointment was a dialogue and exam. My dog's allergies had caused his skin to become scabby, oily, itchy and smelly - a disaster. Dr. Werner diagnosed it and it cleared up super fast. He is great at explaining the issues and gives you a clear treatment plan verbally and in writing. Yes, this is not cheap but this is a speciality service for speciality issues. He is conscious of that and I believe trustworthy to give the most relevant options. He also saved me money letting me know all of the extra supplements I was giving my dog were not going to help the issue. He doesn't push food or products either. A ++

I absolutely love Dr Werner. His support staff is also very good and efficient. I brought a rescue dog to him many years ago that no other doctor could diagnose. Turned out the dog had sarcoptic mange but the mites had burrowed so deep a regular scrapping wasn't detecting them so he did a biopsy and found them. Treated her and she finally got the relief she needed. Since then I've been back with my own dog and my pet sitting clients dog and he always gets it right , reasonable fees and explains things thoroughly. Skin issues do take perseverance from the pet owner too so you must follow the treatment plan or your pet won't get the full benefits of his awesome vet.
