I've called Chuck (owner of AmeriPro Carpet Cleaning) every year for the last four years for our single-family home in Santa Clara. We do annual carpet cleaning that keeps the carpet clean and last long. Chuck is very knowledgeable about his profession, he is very systematic and thorough with his job. Once we do our initial walk-through and furniture adjustment at the beginning, I leave him alone knowing that he knows exactly what needs to be done. He takes his time putting a lot of care and energy into cleaning every area until he is fully satisfied with it, and he definitely goes the extra mile with it. Chuck charges reasonably for his services. I've used other companies before, but after having Chuck do our carpet, haven't felt that anyone else could do it better.

When I look at reviews, I am most influence by reviewers who had more than one experience with a business, This is the 3rd time I used AmeriPro. I still rate the experience very high. Chuck has been doing carpet cleaning for 40 years. I would think that is unique in that business. I was impressed on how much he remembered about me from our last visit. He is very conscientious about his work. He is an interesting fellow and I always enjoy our discussions.

Chuck did an excellent job on steam cleaning my house carpet at Cupertino on 06/03/2017. He is very detail oriented, take his time to do his job and he is a perfectionist.

I called AmeriPro and they did a great job. A year later I called a cheaper guy. My carpets looked dirty again within a month! What's the point of that? Now THAT is a waste of money. Did he not suck all the soap up? Was his soap just crappy? No idea. I did have to ask him to come back inside because there was a giant area in the entry to the living room with a clear and noticeable area he just missed - Like it was so obviously 20 shades darker (dirtier) than the surrounding area he had gone over. I have no idea how it was even possible for him to not see it. So beware, if you pay for a cheaper guy you might not be happy. I had to pay him $30 more to come back inside wiand get the 10' area he missed. I don't plan on using anyone besides AmeriPro from now on.

Chuck is a real decent nice easy-going guy to work with. You will not regret your choice. I made a very early appointment with him on phone and he did arrive on time. Then I left the house because it will take few hours to clean. When I was back all the carpets are cleaned and looks like new. Ameripro charges fair with NO add on. I have a rug purchased from Ikea and Chuck cleaned it for FREE for me. I am so surpriced. Ameripro is THE small business in town that we should support. Chuck is like a good friend who lives closeby and willing to give a hand when you need him. I will definitely recommend Ameripro and Chuck to all my friends who lives in Bay Area.
