  The tech showed up on time! He was very professional and solved my issues very quickly. I had struggled for many hours and was unable to accomplish what I wanted done with my network system . I am so glad a friend told me to call American Tech Services. I recommend them for anyone needing computer or network services.

  I had the unfortunate experience of having my computer completely shut down on me while downloading a driver. The tech at American tech support was wonderful to work with when I called. He showed up on time and was very courteous. Sadly my computer issue was fatal but the tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me advice on what to buy now. I will use American tech support again when needed. I highly recommend them!

  My laptop crashed. I called for a quote. When he heard it might be an easy fix he helped me through a system restart for free. Very generous and kind company. I will be back for sure!

  We came to Denver to visit family and my husband's work computer stopped working. He had a lot of very important work that, of course, hadn't been backed up. Ed met us at our family's home *on a Saturday* got the computer up and running, set up an external hard drive and a cloud back up for extra protection and charged a very reasonable price.
  On top of all that Ed is a great person!
  Would highly recommend to anyone.
