I use her over and over again. Months later people still talk about how great she is. If you want an experience that keeps people talking about how great your event was...use her. She is really easy to work with and brings perfection to her execution. I've referred her out and my friends love her hands down. Great food, great service, and highly recommend!

How can one lil lady be so versatile? Awesome presentation and AWESOME AMAZING DOGGONE GOOD flavors, creative dishes, from diverse traditions....African, Caribbean, Cajun and creole, ...., didn't I get something French too? Satisfying and versatile Meal preps, elegant catering jobs, and wonderful private events with special touches.... A definite gem!!!

My brother's and I had Ama's Catering Experience create a wonderful private chef dinner for our parents wedding anniversary. Our parents LOVED it! They said the food was delicious, and service impressive.

Super professional and delicious food to boot!! I worked with Ama while planning my best friends bridal shower. She was able to make great suggestions when I gave her a very vague idea of what I wanted. The menu she created had a wide variety for the guests but she still managed to make the theme cohesive. The presentation was gorgeous and the food packed with flavor that kept us coming back for more. I will definitely use her again for my next event.
