  Sophia did alterations on my wedding dress and WOW! Because I put it off, I had to purchase my dress off the rack and it was a size 8 which swallowed me! I'm 5'0 and 100# (clothing size 00). I also didn't realize that all the beading and lace would make alterations even more challenging. Four fittings later, the dress is gorgeous and she is a genius. Highly recommend!

  I had my wedding dress shipped in and it really needed to be customized to my upper torso. Sofia listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had and even stayed late for me to pick it up. She changed out the whole liner underneath and shortened it a bit. She is a bit pricy but you get what you paid for, plus, I had to get it rushed. I would recommend and go back to her!!

  Situated alongside Broadway in close proximity to HEB Central, Sew Chic is a gem for any of your alteration needs. I've had a suit completely redone from J Crew for a wedding when they didn't have my size and they literally made it feel like a bespoke suit. The fit was perfect and I was ecstatic of the outcome. I've been here before for other needs since and just dropped off my jeans here. Greatly appreciate the rush for same day orders for a small fee. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is superb. So happy to have found this gem.

  I came on xmas day eve (on a Saturday) when most places like this would be closed and they tailored a formal gown last minute. Beautiful work and happy courteous people. Thank you! You have a forever customer. I highly recommend this alteration company Sew Chic on Broadway! :)

  Fixed my VS swimsuit right before vacation!!!
  
  I ordered a swimsuit top that I really wanted to wear on my trip to Jamaica but it was too big when it came in. I brought it in to be altered and not only did it fit great, but it was finished within a few days. I hear very few people can alter swimsuits because it takes a special material/machine/technique or something, but Sew Chic did it with confidence and easy! Will be back again.
