  Great price and service. Staff seem kind and they didn’t give me any trouble over my crummy pet crate. Pick up and drop off are very quick on subsequent visits.

  I'm so impressed with these guys. They make sure your dog is cool and comfortable. On the hottest of days, my dog returns from Pup Scouts cool to the touch. Seriously! He loves it there. The staff is top notch. I highly recommend Alta Vista.

  In the middle of a play session our Jack Russel-Chi puppy, all of a sudden, went from pert and perky to very wobbly, almost unable to stand or walk, progressed to vomiting, rapidly deteriorating in a period of, literally minutes. We rushed her over to Alta Vista, spoke with the front desk and were immediately taken into the examination room where it was determined she had contracted a strain of Parvo, was seriously ill and we needed to face the fact that little ones like her had limited physical reserves to fight such a virulent condition and often did not make it. We were assured everything possible would be done to bring her through and her treatment was started immediately. She had to have round the clock care in quarantine, and had been in the hospital for a full week when we got a call letting us know she had pulled through and could come home. We were given detailed info and instructions for her continuing care needs and she made a full recovery with no residual issues - physical or psychological.
  
  This was not our first experience with Alta Vista, just the most intense. They have taken care of our four-legged family members for over 30 years. On the two occasions we had to use another facility we ended up back at Alta Vista for the issues to be resolved.
  
  I highly recommend Alta Vista.

  I have been taking my pets to Alta Vista for over fifteen years for treatment and only use Alta Vista boarding & Grooming for day care and boarding when I travel. My pets have always had excellent treatment. I would recommend them without a second thought. Coco and Chewbacca also recommend them. I know if something happens their Doctor is there to take care of it. A few years back while we were in Alaska on a day cruise in the Kenia Fjords my cell phone rang. It was Alta Vista checking to see if they could give Coco a shot while she was there. It would bring all her shots up to date. Now you might think more money for them. I think it is caring for my pet and keeping her healthy. They have a very friendly and and caring staff, they love the pets and it shows in how they treat the pets.

  My dog has vertigo. Every time I take her to the groomer, she leaves with limp, useless back legs and a wobbly face, much like a bobble head. She is this way for several hours afterwards and I have to carry her to and from the car, the facility, and my house.
  Prior to going to Alta Vista, I would take Trixie to a popular big chain to get groomed. Not only is my dog terrified of the store, I do not like the fact that I have seen the staff speaking rudely to their customers and co-workers- It makes me wonder how well they are treating the animals they work with when the pet parents leave.
  After telling one of my members at work about mine and Trixie's experiences, he suggested that I check out Alta Vista.
  I will never leave Alta Vista!! The staff is friendly and truly cares about their clients. Brittany is amazing! She is patient and loving towards Trixie and a true professional. Trixie now leaves on her on fours legs! I am very grateful that Brittany cares about my dog's health and happiness as much as I do!
