Alpine Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

We are an independently owned collective of three longtime Seattle therapists with over 30 years of combined experience in outpatient orthopedic rehab and sports medicine. We share a passion for continually innovating and evolving our therapy practices in order to give our patients the best-individualized care.

Our approach is based on the inherent interconnectedness of every system in the body and how those systems are influenced by external factors such as environment and activities. By treating the underlying causes of pain and discomfort, we help our patients achieve increased function, true healing and lasting change. Read more

I worked with Eli to reduce chronic low back pain. After the initial eval he explained to me in a very understandable way why I was having pain, what we can do to fix it, and how to prevent recurrences. He is truly a pleasure to work with AND my pain is so much better. I appreciate the range of hours that they have - early in the morning and late in the evening. The front desk staff too are so personable and very helpful. If you're looking for a new PT - this is the place.

I have worked with Eli to guide my recovery from injuries. I have been to other PT and Eli is one of the best I have been fortunate enough to work with.
Eli is passionate about your recovery and maximizing your time in the office. His attention to the minor details that make exercises really beneficial is amazing. Thank you Eli for returning me back to healthy by being faster and stronger

... Although I have completed my PT and have been pain free since, I continue to do many of the exercises and routines that Eli taught me. My core feels stronger than it was prior to my injury and I am very happy with my results. Although I hope that I don't have a reason to return to PT, if I do, Eli @ Alpine will be my first choice.

Aside from being a great physical therapist, Eli truly cares about his patients. ... As I was working so hard to return to my active lifestyle it was great to have a DPT who understood why that was so important to me.

Alpine PT has a healing "vibe" and therapists that are knowledgeable and supportive. As the oldest patient attending, my geezer routine has increased range of motion and strength while virtually eliminating pain. It takes time to recover and that time is enjoyable (even when there are challenges) working with Eli. The warm welcome from Chris and Jeremiah in passing leaves me confident that I will get great care if Eli is not available.

Not kidding. Alpine is the Best Physical Therapy in Seattle. Sorry for the wall of text, but I hope it's worth the read.

I followed my therapist Jeremiah over from Greenwood Physical Therapy and I'm glad I did. It's pretty difficult to find a competent sports therapist in seattle (as you probably know) much less one that will actually help you recover. ...

Needless to say Alpine Physical Therapy is highly recommended. I've been to like 5 of them in the last few years. I tried (and failed) to find physical therapists in fremont, ballard, greenwood and even some podunk quack therapist in north seattle area that smelled like vodka. Jesus.

Oh and they have cool t-shirts too. It always helps to bribe me with free stuff.
