  Crista was very professional. She was extremely intuitive when it came to body work. She massaged with the perfect amount of pressure knowing what my body needed.

  Christa is awesome! I have had a lot of tension and knots in my back for years. I've gone to different massage therapists without any real improvement. Christa has done amazing deep tissue work that's actually making a difference!

  I've seen christa a couple times I received a massage from Christa because my right arm was going numb from tension. she was able to get into shoulder muscles and stretch in ways I've never had before. she really comfortable with joint movement and stretching. I also thought she was really strong with good pressure without making me feel terrified that it would be too deep or painful. thank you!!!
