  This is the best plumbing company in the whole Austin Metro area. They removed two 50 gallon water heaters and installed one large tankless water heater. In addition, they installed a water softener as well as a recirculating pump to move hot water to the farthest part of the house for near instant hot water. The install was perfect and the price was extremely reasonable. ... I will never use another plumbing company. Give them a call and be blown away by the price and quality of work.

  I did not even use Jared, but wow (Just FYI). He talked with me on the phone about our water softner. EDUCATED me on it to find out it is an old model, does not even get serviced anywhere (Saving us at least $125 right there of having someone come out to tell us that) and what he would recommend using. He is going to be my go-to guy for anything else we need HANDS DOWN. I love business owners who actually educate me and make me feel valued. Also, I love he didn't see me as wasting his time. Chris has his number and he said my boyfriend is more than welcome to call him to chat about it as well. He recommended to me Tim @ Aqua Tech cause he actually installs the water softners as well as does the servicing and takes a look at them. Thanks for being an awesome dude, Jared!!!!!

  I am homeowner in Austin who needed help on servicing my water heater. I saw Jerred's YouTube video on de-scaling a Navien tankless water heater. I had additional questions and gave him a call. He could not have been more helpful. I was able to do it myself with some of his expert advice. Good to have people like him around. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.

  Excellent service! I had clogged my kitchen sink pretty bad and nothing I did helped. He came by and unclogged it immediately. Very professional and very personable. Had a great time talking with him and I can do dishes again! He also answered several questions I had about other issues in my house and encouraged me to check out his videos so I could potentially do some things myself. He's about providing excellent service and not only about making money which is refreshing and ensures the job is done right!

  ... I reached Jerred at Aloha, who said it might need replacing and suggested I buy a new faucet to have on hand if needed. I did and called him back; he was able to come out the same day. He quoted me prices if he could fix the problem and another if he had to replace it with the new faucet. He fixed it using his tools and some grease, and it works like new. And there were no neoprene gaskets, destroyed or otherwise!
  I was able to return the faucet, so I feel he saved me money. Had I chosen another plumber I have no doubt it would have cost me more.
