  Yuriy conducted a very thorough home inspection. I was very impressed with how he took his time with the house and answered all of my questions. I am not exactly well versed in home repair, but Yuiry made sure I understood everything that needed to be fixed in the house. He had a full report with pictures ready for me by the next day. Awesome!

  Had my inspection done with Yuri about 3 months ago. He was very thorough and helpful in answering any and all questions I had. Recently it has come up that I needed some additional pictures of the roof for my appraisers, and I reached out to Yuri if he had any additional pictures he could send me and he went out of his way to send me 5 more pictures of my roof which enabled me to satisfy the appraisal request. Very helpful person. Thank you!

  Yuriy was efficient, thorough, and professional. We had a very good experience working with him! I would recommend him for any home inspection in the new york area. His report was very much to the point , with a keen eye for detail. Very professional work.
