Outstanding Service without a doubt! From the receptionist to working with Kathy Alfaro herself on both Federal and an out of State return, top-notch and personal care that made my Mom feel very comfortable. Kathy jokingly apologized for being OCD on the small things, but that is EXACTLY the kind of traits you want when you hire a tax professional. She has the heart and patience of a teacher and presents everything in a professional and pleasant manner. If she was located on my side of town I would have her do my returns too! Thanks Kathy!!!

While I have not yet retained her paid services, I found that when I needed to have some basic, yet confusing, tax questions answered Kathy was more than helpful by phone. She understood what I was I asking (I was confused myself) and gave me very clear, insightful, and HELPFUL answers. I have to say I've never come across more helpful tax person.
