I came in to see Alexis hoping she can answer my questions, and amend my previous returns as necessary. We were audited by the IRS last year, so I asked her to go over my returns this year also. Alexis is knowledgeable and patient. In the end, since she did not have to amend my returns, she lowered her fee to my pleasant surprise.
