  I used Alexia Gavela for my bridal alterations only. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in deciding how to hem my dress. It was different in that it was an ivory tulle dress with a lace overlay that needed to be pinned onto the dress. They loved the look so much that they ordered overlays for their in house dresses to try! I mean, I know I loved my dress but it was just so special to know that professionals in the business did too. Small place with a big heart!! Love this place!!

  This bridal shop was so accommodating and had exactly what I was looking for. I live in LA and was in Austin for SXSW for work. On our last day we decided to go try on dresses. Daniel was working, and was so much fun and so open to customizing the dresses that I decided to go home to LA and figure out more what i was looking for, then come back when I was ready to buy.
  
  ... I can't sing their praises anymore. I went to 7 great bridal stores in Los Angeles and probably tried almost 100 dresses, and flew all the way back to Austin because they really are as good as it gets.

  Alexia Gavela is the place to go for that has EXPERIENCE with all different types of Brides and their body types. They were not pushy at all and listened to what I wanted/needed. With a wide variety of styles and pricing I am confident that Alexia Gavela will meet your Bridal needs, they did for me and I can't thank them enough!

  The staff at Alexia Gavela helped me to select the PERFECT dress for my wedding. I told the staff what I was looking for and they completely understood my vision. After trying only 2 dresses, I found my dress. My dress was absolutely stunning and affordable. It was a showstopper and I received so many compliments. I highly recommend Alexia Gavela to all future brides looking for the perfect wedding dress.

  Alexia Gavela has the most beautiful selection of dresses! Most are non-traditional and more of a vintage look, but that is exactly what I was looking for. Vanessa helped me pin point what it was that I liked and wanted and I was in tears by the end of my visit because my dress was so perfect for me! The service was very accommodating and patient and they really know what they're doing. I would recommended Alexia Gavela to any bride!
