  Had them to replace two furnaces (in two different places) - both times shortest wait time, lowest quote, and prompt delivery/installation. Very pleasant experience.

  Fair price and very fast in scheduling service! The furnace stopped working during the coldest week in Seattle... After spending $129 at another company for diagnosis ( just to find out the 35 year old furnace is broken and needs to be replaced..) anyways, Alexanders was super straight forward with pricing and was able to be here the next morning at 8am! Also no Emergency cost. The crew spent 2 good hours replacing a new furnace. Stay this way please! Thank you.

  Rare to find a contractor willing to correct an installation oversight two years ago which was missed by city inspectors,installers and ourselves without assessing a charge.This company puts customer satisfaction at the top and evidenced that attitude by having a crew on site within two days of making the issue known.TOPS in every category.

  These guys fixed my problem before their competitors could show up, with a labor cost that there competitors could not match!
  Over the phone troubleshooting, onsite within a couple hours of my phone call (the same day), found and overnighted parts for my antique furnace and had it working by noon the next day.
  Their competition: I called around and their best competitor was not going to be onsite until the next afternoon. Competitors also demand a diagnosis fee that was almost equivalent to Alexander's labor fees.

  I'm very happy with the service from Alexander's Heating. Dean is very caring for the customer's need and they will do their best to make sure the customer is happy. Our furnace died in the coldest pre-winter day. It was the busiest season and the schedule was 2 weeks out for them. But they managed to come install the furnace sooner when there was a cancellation. On top of having our old furnace replaced, we had the vent replaced and modified the duct work. You can tell the person performed the work is extremely experienced and efficient. The furnace is working perfectly now.
