  I would give a 10 rating if it was possible! Todd not only responded to my request immediately, he also generously gave generously of his time with my questions. The second time I needed support he was on his way out of the country for a job with spotty cell coverage and STILL he texted me he would take care of it and did which was super important to me. A good person, credible company and Craig was equally professional and communicative. They also QC their work to make sure everything is working before he leaves and I had 20 tumblers on one job. I would highly recommend contacting Alcatraz Locksmith for any of your needs in this area.

  I have used Alcatraz in the past for locksmith services and have found them to be very professional and reasonable in their services. Always prompt and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the residential job site to re-key 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2 "minor" door adjustments. ...

  I have used Alcatraz in the past for locksmith services and have found them to be very professional and reasonable in their services. Always prompt and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the residential job site to re-key 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2 "minor" door adjustments. I didn't think they were minor, but Craig insisted to do that for me as long he was there--no added charge. Why call anyone else when you get quality, professional and courteous service with great competitive prices?? Thanks Craig for a great job

  I have had my faith in humanity restored. Todd was extremely helpful and guided me through the issues i was having with a car i purchased four days prior. A Technician who will take time for a service call during the last one minute of a tied up Cardinals game is far above the average Jo. I would recommend Alcatraz as a SUPERIOR Locksmith any day!!!

  I woke up on July 4, 2012 and saw that it was raining. I walked outside my condo to check out the rain in a shirt and basketball shorts with no shoes. I turn around to go back inside and my front door is locked. I checked my windows and sliding glass door and everything was locked.
