We love Alamo Heights Pet Clinic, and Dr. Kirby and Dr. Alldredge. We have been with them for over 5 years now, treating our dogs through cancer (twice), surgical tumor removal (three times), an ACL repair, and various minor illnesses. They not only take time with you and your pet, they follow-up impeccably. After our oldest dog had to be put down due to his cancer, Dr. Kirby called us in the evening, as well as the next day, to make sure we were okay. Best veterinarians we've ever had.

Theae are some of the most compassionate and professional people we have dealt with. The care is top notch or our dogs and the follow through is 2nd to none. From the front desk to the techs to the vets, we won't go anywhere else.

Because Dr Kirby is oh so nice, patient and has been amazing with my loving pets he deserves this score! He is the only Vet my family and I will use. Just warning you though don't let the rude girls up front hinder you, because they don't deal with your pet. Ellen was the only pleasant one and I probably will ask for her next time so I don't get ignored. If you don't let this ruin your day either, once you get past them you are in good hands.

I'm very pleased with the staff and Dr. Brown. They treated myself and my doggie with kindness and knew exactly how to approach my dog since he gets nervous when he's at the vet. I was also informed on a few things regarding Pro Heart , that my other vet had not informed me on. I was very grateful for the knowledge and professionalism I received here. Glad my Bucky boy has a new vet that I trust and know will take good care of him. :)
