  Chris was wonderful! Cindy in the office was so helpful! Of course our AC unit stopped working at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon when the temp outside was over 100 degrees. Cindy scheduled Chris to come to our home Sat. morning. Chris took the time he needed to look at all the possibilities and figure out which component was not working. He kept us informed of his decision making process, ordered the broken part, provided a temporary fix to keep us cool through the weekend, and replaced the malfunctioning part on Monday, all at a very reasonable cost. We are so grateful for the excellent service Chris provided!

  Gerald provided excellent service. He explained every step prior to beginning and shared the results in details to educate us to make the best decision for moving forward with our repairs. He investigated methodically and found the issue in a very short time, then proceeded to repairs quickly and was done in a very short time. Gerald was professional, experienced and gave good advice. We will continue with AirPro, thanks to Gerald!

  Professional, Reliable, Efficient, Courteous, Thorough, Knowledgeable. We had a brand new unit installed by these guys and I cannot say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed if you use them. Thank you AirPro for keeping customer service your main focus!
