  I've been going to Airlink for many years. Usually I just buy a charger or something and I've always enjoyed the service and the products. A few months ago I decided to get a used iPhone for my daughter. We ran into some difficulties getting the phone to work the way we had hoped - and the manager was always more than willing to provide replacements. It turns out that one major issue had to do with my daughter's account. After a few tries, we ended up returning the phone for a full refund and we got her a new phone from AT&T. However, Airlink was very fair, friendly and helpful. I will continue to give Airlink business. Thank you!

  Excellent Customer service. I took my iPhone 6s, it could not be repaired, however, I was informed of the status on a consistent basis. Service, timeliness and professionalism are stellar. I would do business again as needed and recommend to others. Kudos for a delightful experience.

  Airlink service is remarkable in these busy times. Minh is knowledgeable, service oriented and willing to go the extra mile. He loaned me a phone while mine was waiting for parts; wow!

  I saw this place on my daily commute. I was having issues with my Galaxy's IS and stopped in to see what could be done. He needed to keep it over night and loaned me a phone so i could have service. I've been coming here for a couple years ...

  This place has great and fast service for a totally reasonable price. Minh was very friendly--excellent service. Much better experience than having to deal with insurance and much more affordable too.
