These guys are great!...I have used them to install two units now...a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. They did an outstanding job of replacing our 30+ year old systems. Seth, the owner, even called me to make sure everything went well. Means a lot that the owner would take his time to call and check on the install. They replaced our downstairs unit a year ago...I had hoped to live with the upstairs unit a while longer but it decided to die...SO...I contacted Lowes and requested that they have Air Clinic install a new unit for our upstairs...They did a great job last year and again this year....Thanks Seth/Air Clinic....I highly recommend Air Clinic of San Antonio!

I want to say first off thank you for what you did by providing immediate service during your busiest time of year. Nick and Seth were absolutely wonderful dealing with and handled the situation correctly. I will even have air to my upstairs within 12 hours of contacting them. It is rare to find companies these days that provide purpose to those in need.... Thank you for what you do.

In the maze of seeking a reliable and capable Air Conditioning/Heat repair and install team - -this company is a gem of a find. ... He measured rooms, took apart the unit, crawled into the attic, sat at our kitchen table and called his suppliers to provide an immediate estimate. The guy even asked for a broom to sweep up after himself. Amazing. ... Add to that, the quote for the system, was the most competitive/fair. The job was done just days after the price quote. ... I highly recommend them!

Honest, efficient, very personable. SHOWED me what needed repair and DID NOT try to upsell me. BIG PLUS for me. Also had best price for repair around. Chuy was GREAT, will request him again in the future. Front office girls are fantastic!

Chris was amazing to work with through the whole process - bidding, install and issues after. The crew showed up on time, answered all questions all the way through. We had a few hiccups but they were immediately addressed and taken care of so I had no issues with how it was handled. AC works great!!! I would definitely use them again.
