Perfect for all levels of yoga skill! It's a judgement-free zone, very peaceful and often focusing on Yin style positions. Don't have a mat? You can rent one for $2! Some staff practice Reiki, and all of them are very pleasant. ALL GENDERS WELCOME!

Not only is this place SUPER clean, the staff is non-judgmental and very friendly. I have visited a few places in both Miami Dade and Broward counties, this studio has the friendlies and most up beat staff. None of that Miami attitude or weirdness.

Love the Bikram practice here. The extra perks is the Cold wet Jasmine towels given to the students during Savasana at the end of class, I always look forward to that! Yes some of the employees are a bit strict here but it's only to preserve the vibe of the studio ex; taking off shoes at door, no phones in studio. :)

Locker room is small but clean and so is the studio. They sell natural made to order juice there as well. A bit expensive but hello, so is everything that is good for you! -

I love this studio... After trying several of the other studios on the beach and in Miami, I was so excited to find this place and immediately became a member. Beginning with safety and hygiene, this place tops all other studios with their awesome foam mat floor that won't be a breading ground for bacteria unlike the other studios that use carpeting of different sorts (and tend to smell bad!). This place is super clean! The staff/teachers are so nice and they are super welcoming and make you feel at home. Their bathrooms/showers are great. Plus they have a steam room and all organic juice and smoothie bar for after workout elixirs! ...
