We are conveniently located north of Indian School Road on 32nd Street. In addition to serving the families of Phoenix, we are also proud to provide high-quality dental care to our neighbors in Arcadia, Alhambra, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Biltmore, and Camelback East.
For your convenience, we accept most dental insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Metlife, Humana, and Guardian. If you don’t have insurance, that’s no problem either. We offer payment plans through CareCredit, and we are happy to discuss this option with you as well. Read more

I saw the hygienist, Heather and Dr. Bentley. Both were extremely friendly and very professional, as was the rest of the office. I needed a minor procedure and Heather even called to check on me later in the evening. You can tell the offices is very mindful about providing great customer service and they genuinely care about their patients.

I have not been to the dentist for a couple of years partially because most of my experiences have been painful and unpleasant. However, Agave Dental was. Excellent! From the front desk staff to the x-ray technician, to the dentist, today oral hygienist- everyone was kind, gentle, patient, and professional. I am so happy that I found a great dentist so close to my house!

From the time I arrived until I left 2 hrs later was outstanding service. To start with Terry not only greeted me she also introduced herself...I can't tell you how refreshing this is when someone introduces oneself. Now my actual dental service was truly the best. I hadn't been to a dentist in quite a while due to a very bad experience I had. I was so nervous and even got upset and became very emotional, if it wasn't for the compassion Gloria and especially Dr. Bentley showed and gave me I know I would not have gone through with the work I needed done and not only that Dr Bentley gave me a follow up call later that night Thank you thank you thank you Sincerely, Rosalie Robles

The staff and dentists at Agave Dental are top notch! They go above and beyond to help if there is a billing issue, etc... I've been going here for years and they always are on their A-game! The hygienists do a fabulous job of cleaning and explaining how to help me keep up in- between. Thank you!!
