  Jim is very fair and came out a second time for no charge when I found another wasp nest. He also charged me less than the initial quote the first time he came out when he realized the job was smaller than average.

  Jim has always been very helpful and consistent! He answers questions thoroughly and in layman's terms! When he sets up a continuous service he considers that we will be paying multiple times when giving us pricing and he always charges what he says he is going to or less if he thinks it is fair! Jim is fair, honest and punctual! I have been through FAR TOO MANY pest control companies, I will never use anyone other than Advantage PM and Jim again!

  Our new home had a wasp problem, to the point that we couldn't spend much time outside during the day. Jim was flexible with scheduling and able to come out within 2 days (on a Saturday, no less!). Jim arrived on time, took a quick tour of the problem areas around the house, and got to it. He quickly sprayed down all the nests I'd seen, and found a few extra ones to take care of as well. He also laid down a product to help with the cricket population in the yard. Jim explained what he'd done and offered to return to handle any wasps leftover in the next few days and his rates were spot on for the product ($75 to save me from persistent stinging). I would definitely hire Jim again in the future.

  Jim and his team has been wonderful to me over the course of the past 5 years. He is very professional and defiantly goes above and beyond to meet the expectations of getting the job done.
