Thanks to various injuries and surgeries (ah, the life of an aging athlete), I have been coming to ADI for about 2 years. I can't recommend this place enough. Jessica has been my therapist throughout my time here. She's amazing! It's nice to have someone who actually LISTENS to you about all your aches and pains and cares enough to help you resolve those issues, either through physical therapy or recommending an excellent Doctor. Hanna at the front desk is always there to great you with a warm smile and the PT aids Richard and Leo are super helpful. If you are the type of person who appreciates not feeling like a number, then this is the place to come.

... At the end of January, I was plagued with posterior tibial tendonitis (not related to the first injury). That's when I truly felt I was not built for marathons. I visited ADI for a quick consultation and Jessica advised me to cross-train with low-impact cardio such as the bike or rowing machine. I did that for a week, massaged, and iced carefully and then got back into training for the final stretch heading into March.

Happy to say that I completed my first marathon this past weekend and hungry for another one! I might have flat feet that severely prone me to injury, but ADI helped me accomplish this huge achievement.

I came to ADI Rehab after my surgeon from the UCLA Spine Center recommended Sean Hampton (following a lumbar spinal fusion). Seeing Sean and following his plan religiously has made an incredible difference in my life. I feel so grateful that I was able to have such a skilled and caring physical therapist help me recover and get my life back. I wholeheartedly recommend him! The whole team at ADI Rehab was caring and kind as well. If I ever need physical therapy again, I have no doubt that I would return to seek help from Sean, because he helped me become active again and enjoy life.

I was a patient here for lower back pain and Dr. Lisa Fierstein is amazing at what she does. You don't bounce around providers and Lisa really was committed to making me better. This place is an amazing clinic that is committed to getting you better but you have to do your homework. Elizabeth at the front gives you that Southern Warmth and ensures that you know exactly when you are scheduled. She does an excellent job managing the front office and ensuring that I always received appointment reminders. ...

I recommend ADI for your rehabilitation needs. Thank you Lisa and ADI staff.

I was suffering from ""tennis elbow"" early last year (go figure, as I don't even play tennis!), and was highly referred to PT Darlene Eubanks. She was an absolute delight to work with and had fresh, innovative techniques to help me gain my movement back. I was pain-free and flexible in less than 6 weeks. Then, I tore two ligaments in my ankle. After such a wonderful experience with ADI Rehab, I signed up with them again. I am happy to report that I'm back in the gym, pain and swelling FREE! Thank you so much!
