  Gary was so helpful he assembled my pool service was excellent follow up done by Gary himself and my pool is perfect. Gary took time out to educate me on pool safety and maintenance and has answered all my questions. I want to thank Gary and Action Pool for making my summer wonderful the professionalism provided by his staff was outstanding thank you and I can't thank you enough.

  This may be a long review but it will be thorough to give everyone an idea of what I went through in the past two weeks with my 2008 Caldera hot tub and how it got fixed before Thanksgiving. The owner of Action Pool and Spa, Gary saved the day and winter for us. So, I was doing my typical emptying, cleaning, and refilling of my hot tub for the winter months and was in need of a replacement Bromine cartridge holder (the O ring broke) and it was a Sunday.
  
  ... Gary knows his business and knows customer service. He knows the neighborhood he serves and keeps cost respectable. It also helps that his "Partner In Crime" Buddy is adorable and can Salsa dance!

  This pool place is awesome!!!! Gary the owner is the best!! He truly cares about his customers . I've use them every season for 5 years and never a problem but whats more important is that this season I had a major problem 2 days before I was hosting a pool party. Gary worked so hard to find me the right guy and solution to make my childs day go on without a hitch. He actually came out himself and treated this issue like it was his own. No where are you going to find that dedication and compassion.. Last year I decided to give his newly opened printing company a try for some team shirts. Well once again his work and dedication could be seen in this project. The shirts were great quality and wonderfully priced. He obviously has a magic touch for every aspect of business.
  I will only use him for any of my pool or printing projects.
