Acorn Yoga

Yoga Instructor

Acorn Yoga began as an idea planted in the mind of Stefan Kalin in 2014. Stefan was working as an architectural consultant in Boston when he decided to create an experiment outside the realm of his familiar reality. He noticed a "pocket" in Boston that needed a center of healing, yoga, and mindfulness, then set forth on a vision to build a community around those very concepts. The pocket chosen was Oak Square, where Acorn Yoga is now rooted.

Today, Acorn is Oak Square's sanctuary of healing, mindfulness, and holistic fitness. Most importantly, we are a community of individuals empowering each other to live as our most optimal selves. We are excited to share our peaceful, intimate space with you all.As a locally owned and run business, please feel free to reach out with any questions, comments or concerns. Acorn is one of my favorite yoga studios in the city. The staff is amazing, the studio is pretty, and they have a variety of classes. The prices is very comparable and often cheaper than many other studios. This is my goto for yoga!

My favorite yoga studio. Really kind owners and instructors who make it a point to make everyone feel welcome. They host awesome workshops like belly dancing and acroyoga, and have regular classes on the schedule like "GlowYoga".
