Stopped in a few months ago for some questions about a safe I had lost the combination to. The staff was very helpful in helping me with my different options and offered me a few choices at a range of prices. He was never pushy and very understanding of my situation. He was also helpful in answering are few other questions I had and showed me some products that might work with some projects I had. ... Even though I ended up not needing their services I was happy with the way I was treated and will make sure they are my first choice when I do need them in the future.

I had a great experience at Acme Locksmith. I needed a Thule car box key copied, and Ace Hardware was unable to duplicate the foreign key, so they recommended me to Acme. The man running the shop that day remade my keys after finding the metal might be too thin and be in danger of breaking off in the lock. Great service at a good value!

Great shop, great customer service!!!! Not only did he do a great job re-keying my lock - but gave me the most valuable advice of the day which was how to put the lock back together which before I had spent over and hour on one lock then went back after his advice and nailed it first try! Thank you!!!

Great service. Mike was really nice even tho he was on call and had just finished his normal shift. My Lexus is one hard car to get into if you lock your keys in it. The locks will re-lock themselves within a second of being unlocked. So you have to be dan good to get this car open. Other companies that have done this have taken upwards of a hour to get my car unlocked. Not Mike! He got my car open in less than 5 mins. Can not say enough thank you to Mike and acme for what they do. Top notch A++++ company. Thank you Mike.
