This is probably the best massage I've ever had, and Rick will continue to be my go-to therapist from now on! I've tried out multiple places around the SD area through various Groupons, word-of-mouth, etc. - and never found a place I wanted to go back to until I came here.

Definitely worth every penny, and the specials that he offers regularly cannot be beat! If you have regular pain/knots like I do, do yourself a favor and go here! -

Rick is the consummate professional because he is skilled as a body worker. He shows respect and caring for his clients. He's a human being (I'm not into robotic massage therapists). He listens to me when I tell him where I'm in knots, and boy can he get those knots out! I had a 60 minute session and it was worth every penny. I recommend Rick without reservation.

I've gone to Rick for about 2 years for mainly sport-related soreness which seems to be a lot more frequent now... and Rick is great at relieving my aches and pains. He has a consistent practice, adaptive technique, and an intuitive style which is underscored by his multiple certifications and degrees. His shop has a comfortable atmosphere without being fancy schmancy like a lot of spas, and it feels good to support a local small business.
