  ... He's a knowledgeable professional that was able to troubleshoot many problems we were having with our network connectivity, including performance issues we were having with our servers. He was able to pinpoint the major issue, a failing firewall. We ordered a replacement and had him install the new one when it arrived. In addition to this, he was able to correct problems with our backup/maintenance plans for our SQL servers as well. ...

  We have been partnering with Achieve for 2 years now and have been so impressed with their service that we have outsourced all our vendor management to them. This saves us countless hours a month dealing with ISP outages and other third-party issues, so that we can concentrate on our business.

  Achieve's disaster recovery/cloud backup solution is a life-saver!. My computer unexpectedly stopped working, it had alot of vital information that i couldn't afford to loose. I looked for places where it could be repaired and everyone said they couldn't do anything. When i found Achieve's disaster recovery, they said theuy could recover my information and they did, literally saving my life

  Oh darn, I'm not the first reviewer! Ah well, I'll try to make it interesting. These guys got five stars. I'm pretty tech savvy but even I have my limits when it comes to the inner workings of IT. Achieve was true to their word and helped one of my clients achieve some goals they were climbing towards. Fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgable, I have no qualms about outsourcing many of my IT needs to Achieve. I can't always handle what's in my queue, so having reliable assistance that makes ME look good to MY clients is always appreciated. This particular client's details I can't divulge due to agreements signed, but suffice to say, an inter-office network was established and works flawlessly for everyone involved.
