... Greenwood had come a few years ago. Fan motors had seized in #1 and #3 and they said could not be repaired. Put in these difficult to maintain heaters (Empire). Now I understand that they might have been saved if Accurate had come. They are four-square, honest and do the work on time (waiting on parts) and well. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called about a duct that had come disconnected from my furnace, and Lu Ann scheduled someone to come out the same day! Jover was friendly and efficient, and had our issue fixed in under an hour. They emailed me an invoice, which I was able to settle via phone with a card. So happy for the quick service and the reasonable rates!

... She asked me to look at the invoice from service company, read what diagnose they wrote. Not long after she told it didn't need replacing at all, there's still "years of life" left in that furnace, the issue didn't justify replacing. I so appreciate her honesty and professionalism and highly regard this company's integrity. They don't jump at the opportunity to make quick buck but give you honest answer. I think if that's how great she treats customer, that's the company culture as a whole as well. If I can give 6 stars I would.

... The installers had to do custom work to fit the new furnace into the same foot print as the old. This included building a custom platform and ducts to connect to the existing footprint. I'm blown away at the skills these craftsman have and their competitive cost for work that is second to none. I highly recommend Accurate Heating & Electrical. A local company with incredible employees.
