Jim is the BEST. Hands down. If you need a garage door, garage repair, anything garage related this is who you need to contact. He will get back to you quickly, most likely within minutes. Called Jim this morning with a major problem on my LiftMaster wall mount garage door opener. The cables had gotten tangled and door would not open or close (user error!). Jim came out early afternoon and had it back and running within an hour and even replaced one of the cables that had frayed. Problem solved - and will definitely use Accent again for ALL my garage door needs!
