    Thanks to Bill from Chimney Sweep & FIre Protection, the bird that fell into my chimney was rescued and set free. The bird was a challenge to remove from the chimney but Bill tried everything and eventually the bird got out, alive and well. Bill also installed a cap on our chimney to prevent other birds from falling in. Friendly and professional service, highly recommend. Thank you!

    The absolute best choice! Friendly, clean, thorough and so very honest.     Fantastic job! They made time for me on short notice because I was leaving town unexpectedly. The did a safe, clean and thorough job on/in cleaning my fireplace. Couldn't have been happier. They also found a repair that was needed inside the chimney, photographed it to show me and followed through on an email to schedule the needed repair in short order. Quality service, which we all know is hard to find.

    Called them out-of-the-blue to check our fireplace (newly purchased 1930's home in Studio City). They were very friendly and professional. No "upselling" but they did tell me inspection price taken off any fireplace purchases. Bought sliding fire screen (old fireplace did not have one). Paid on site but tech forgot to deduct inspection fee. When we realized it, left them an after-hours VM and they sent a check back to us for the fees, IMMEDIATELY. Will use them for all our fireplace and chimney needs! Rare level of customer service these days! Happy 2016, ya'all!
