  Took my vehicle to get checked out for possible brake and tire replacements. They put it on the lift, thoroughly examined it. Danny took the time to explain to me all the options I could consider. Made a fair recommendation. I was mostly impressed at the respect he gave me as a person first--good eye contact, tone, etc., and as a customer. End of the conversation, charged me $0.
  Went back at a later date for an oil change. I noticed I had some indicator lights on my dash, so I discussed that with Richard--who also gave great respect, and took time to explain them. Discussed DIY solutions to remedy the problem. Also, he allowed me to choose the oil I preferred and did not push me to buy the more expensive type--much appreciated. No charge for the light evaluation.
  
  These may seem like small considerations to some, but I value respect and honesty in business. Kindness and sincerity also go a long way, which they exude here. These guys have a new customer!

  By far the most honest and helpful shop I have ever been to. I've been coming back here for 15 years because of the customer service and most competitive pricing. They've even helped me troubleshoot an issue myself over the phone while I was pulled off to the side of the highway on a roadtrip. They are committed to helping their clients and not taking advantage of them. They would get more than 5 stars if that was an option.

  These guys are great to work with and are straight forward. I had a relatively bad day as I was going from shop to shop looking to install a bolt on axle-back muffler. At one shop I got into a pretty nasty confrontation just by asking if they could do the work. A Town picked up the phone and kept saying yes. They got me an appointment in a couple hours and I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. The guys seemed to enjoy what they do and were very honest, even charged me less than they originally quoted.

  There are a lot of good mechanics. But there are not a lot of mechanics who go out of their way to explain things, and even fewer who I instinctively trust. A Town fits this bill.
  
  They were recommended to me by another customer, and given my last two experiences with them, I'll definitely be back.

  Danny and Richard run the best shop I have ever experienced. These are the only guys I trust to touch my car, aside from myself.
  
  I recently had an issue with my car that I could not figure out... I took it to Danny and upon first diagnosis he thought the transmission might be bad... Would have cost me $3500 to replace. But Danny called me two days later saying that he didn't think the transmission was the problem after all and that it may just be a bad ignition control module. He replaced it and my car works great!
  
  He could have charged me $3500 and put in a new transmission but he was honest and fixed my car for far less money. This is why I will only recommend his shop to everyone that I know.
