I've bought a couple of used computers from them over the last 6 years. One pc laptop and a MacBook Pro. When I bought the Mac (1.5 yrs ago) I honestly was concerned about the price and the fact that it was used but I needed it for my job b/c it's better to have a mac than pc. ... I had a hunch A Plus could do it so I bought it back to them and a few days later it was fixed! They only charged me $250 and Micro center told me it would have costed me $600 + dollars. I've been a customer for several years. Although the visits are primarily for emergency issues, the help is always friendly, super efficient and relatively quick. Junior, in particular can fix any computer related issue, and I've had many. There should be a degree or designation as PhD of computer repair and customer service, as I'm continuously amazed with his ability to bring my computers back from the brink of death. Back in April, I brought my laptop in because it wasn't holding a charge and eventually wouldn't even power up. Dropped it off around 8 or 9 AM. I got a call around 11 AM telling me it was simply a bum power cord. They charged me around $40 for the cord. There was no ridiculous service or diagnostic fee, etc. $40 and I was back up and running.Original recommendation
